Overview

Wæm Bìs-lìgdè was founded durring the early 10th century, by Gwenllian Zlkêthënm. The establishment of Wæm Bìs-lìgdè was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Wæm Bìs-lìgdè's construction back out of the project. Gwenllian Zlkêthënm pushed on reguardles, and Wæm Bìs-lìgdè was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Wæm Bìs-lìgdè was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Bìs-lìgdè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Wæm Bìs-lìgdè is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of restrictive flagstone streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is protected by a series of wooden fences ringing the town's parimiter, which are likly intended to keep varrious beasts out of town rather than protect it from attack by any intelegent agents. The town's bare minimum defences have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.

A look around Wæm Bìs-lìgdè makes you wonder how anything ever gets done. The locals have clear, obvious rivalries with one another, as seen through clenched teeth and fake smiles. What’s more, there is a serious lack of any organization and planning in Wæm Bìs-lìgdè’s layout as well as the local’s behaviors. The town seems to be a den of chaos where tongues are forked and local customs do not exist.
